PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at 1:15 p.m. on November 14, 2019 at Door County Circuit Court Branch 1, a quorum of the Town of Forestville Town Board will be present to observe the hearing held in Romdenne et al vs. Town of Ahnapee et al, Case No. 19-CV-91. No action will be taken. The Board reserves the right to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. 19.85(1)(g) immediately following the hearing to confer with legal counsel for the Town who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to that lawsuit.
