NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN to the qualified electors of Maplewood Sanitary District No. 1 of the Town of Forestville that an election of Sanitary District Commissioner will be conducted at the Spring election for the Town of Forestville to be held at the Town Hall on Tuesday, April 7, 2020, during the regular voting hours for the Township Spring election for a sanitary commissioner to fill the vacancy for the appointed commissioner, Jason Wilke whose term will expire in April 2020. The elected commissioner will serve for a six year term.
NOTICE IF FURTHER GIVEN that the first day to circulate nomination papers is December 1, 2019, and the final day for filing nomination papers in the office of the Town Clerk is 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday January 7, 2020.
NOTICE IS FURTHER GIVEN that if a primary is necessary, the primary will be held on Tuesday, February 18, 2020.
