PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that at the above-mentioned date, time, and location, the Town Boards of the Towns of Ahnapee and Forestville intend to convene into closed session pursuant to Wis. Stat. § 19.85(1)(g) for the purpose of conferring with legal counsel for the Boards who is rendering oral or written advice concerning strategy to be adopted with respect to litigation in which the Towns are or are likely to become involved. During the closed session, the Boards will discuss Andrew Romdenne et al v. Town of Ahnappe et al, Door County Case No. 19-CV-91.
