Rabies Vaccinations and Dog Licenses are Required

A dog license is necessary for any dog over 5 months of age.  The dog license tax is $10.00 for a neutered male or spayed female dog, upon presentation of evidence that the dog is neutered or spayed.  The dog license tax is $15.00 for an unneutered male or unspayed female dog.

The fee for a multiple dog license is $35.00 and covers the first 12 dogs.  There is an additional fee of $3.00 for each dog in excess of 12.

Proof of rabies vaccination must show date and expiration of vaccination, vaccine name and serial number, rabies tag number, name of veterinarian, as well as the dog's name, color, breed and sex.  All original proofs of vaccination sent will be returned along with your new dog tags.
